More Legal Troubles For Spears?

Yesterday, Kevin Federline's lawyer asked the judge to ban Britney from driving around with the kids in the car. The judge said he will think about it and get back to them on November 26.

Well, looks like Britney Spears is gonna make it easy for the judge to ban her because yesterday she was photographed passing a red light while driving around with the kids. Bad Britney! Badddd!

Spears approached the busy intersection of Coldwater Canyon slowly and then continued to drive passing a red light. A person that saw a car passing a red light yelled, "Red light, red light!" Thankfully, she missed oncoming traffic.

It's time for a reality check. BS' career may not be over, but it's in total disarray right now. Even if you don't trust the media, it's obvious that something is wrong with her behavior if she has lost custody of her children. Even if you are a fan of BS, you should not praise her recent actions or defend them. Her behavior is totally indefensible and something to avoid. I wish her fans would write to her and let her know that they disapprove of her current lifestyle. You don't have to hate BS to point out that what she's doing is a disgrace. God forbid that our daughters turn out like her. By the way, that guilt trip that Britney's mother has put herself through is all wrong. BS is chronologically an adult. It's time for her to act like one. It's not KF's fault either. Yes, he may be a total rat, but he is not responsible for her current behavior. Many of us have gone through divorce and gotten over it without that kind of excess. TMZ may not be a trustworthy news source, but I seriously doubt that all of the other news organizations have lied to us about her behavior over the past five years. I hope BS revives herself and then launches a better career than she had before, but her current actions show contempt for her fans and the public.

So am I to understand the laws broken by BS are the result of being framed? The downward spiral of BS is the result of a societal conspiracy? KF is responsible for her actions? Boy! This looks more like a setup to threaten the judge who just ignored Kfred and his attorney's call for a hearing! There are millions of people who put their kids at risk behind the wheels and traffic accidents can happen to anyone, anywhere even if Britney gets a driver or whether Mr Kfred dump his kids to his bodyguard to ferry the kids. Should the family court be made to interfere with all such affairs? Won't the court be very busy protecting millions of Americans' kids from traffic accident? It's definitely an offense to use such methods to threaten someone and abusing the law using kids for personal financial gains.

I disagree with the comment that anyone who dislikes Britney's new cd has never liked her. It's a stereotype, and it's wrong. All performers have critics, and a criticism of one piece does not constitute a criticism of everything the performer has ever done. If this new album lacks depth or artistry, why not criticize it? Moreover, if BS acts like a basket case, it's perfectly legitimate to say that she's acting like a basket case. Does that mean the person saying so hates her? Hardly! It just means that a mentally healthy person wouldn't have done the things BS has done for the last few years. Is her career over? I doubt it. The truth is that we love her antics, and we're feeding the machine. Even if she never produces another album, she can spend the rest of her life amusing us with her escapades, and we'll buy right into it. Can you imagine the show she'll be giving us when she's 50? I hope I'm around to see it. She's laughing all the way to the bank. What I could do with $700K a month!

Hmm... your very nieve. You have no clue what so ever on how that business works. The label buys say a million copies or even more then that. Then they can say a million plus copies already sold. So it makes Britney look like she's actually doing great when in reality she hasn't really sold a single copy. See it's all about images.

X17 is really spinning this story big time and deleting the part of the video when the paps are yelling at her about the red light she barrels through.By now most normal people have seen what's going on and are livid over her doing this. She is so nonchalant about it.Her enablers and worshippers defend her every action. Sometimes I think they just get caught up in all of it defending her even though they know she is spiraling downward fast. She wasn't wearing her seatbelt and the monitor was in crash mode bent forward for heaven's sake.It has to end sometime and sadly I think it will have a tragic ending. But of course, it will be everyone but Britney's fault.

im sorry, i agree that britney needs help, but i don't agree with anyone that says her career is over. she didn't do any promotional work, her image is ruined, but her cd is still doing well, and her core fans still support her. she has a solid fan base that is going to stick with her through thick and thin. anyone that says britney's new cd is crap is people who have never liked britney. i think this cd is the best cd is her best cd yet. if she would have got her stuff together, and promoted her cd..it would have been in the number one slot right now. i mean, this girl isnt trying, and she still got number two. i just can't wait till she gets help, and really have a "comeback"

If her shit is not even being played on the radio or being requested by anyone to be played then it's more then likely a flop and we(the public) are being miss lead by these stories about how it's selling so many copies and that it's doing so good. You have to think who the fuck would really want to listen to that crap. It's all about image in that industry that's why you are probably also right about her label buying most of those albums trying to make her look good again. In fact I think they have to buy a certain amount like a million cd's in order to promote it. They give them to clubs and radio stations and other places in order to get her music out their to be heard, but more then likely her actual sells are not even close to what they are claiming they are.
