2 jury members were voting guilty and the other 10 were voting not-guilty. Those two weren't budging so they declared a mistrial.
There might be another trial if the prosecutors ask for one. Oh Lord, let's give it a rest already. This is our tax dollars being wasted! Come to think of it, Britney Spears has wasted a lot of tax payers money this year.
