Kevin Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan appeared on the Today Show this morning to discuss the state of the relationship between his client and Britney.
As we reported last week, Brit was awarded more time with her sons as a result of her recent normal behavior. He says it was important for Kevin to see Sean Preston and Jayden be with their mother yesterday for Mother's Day.
Mark also says it's Kevin's wish that the kids grow up seeing their parents participate in their lives together. As for a possible 50/50 custody, K. Fed and his lawyer aren't ready to let their guard down that much!
