Lynne: Jamie Has Been a Rock for Britney

Britney Spears has been on major lock down lately, but this is the most sane she's been for over a year, and we have her dad Jamie to thank for it.

Brit's mom Lynne Spears has been praising her ex-hubby for stepping up to the plate and getting things under control again.

"Jamie had to change his whole routine. Lynne sings his praises. He has been such a rock. He has stepped up to the plate," a family friend tells People.

"He's gathered a team of reputable people who are around [Britney] now. She's not well, but for the first time in a long time she has people around her who really care about her."

Brit's definitely been less of a train wreck since daddy Spears came into town, but how long can he keep her under his control? He's already moved into her house and rearranged his entire life.

thats her father gosh some people are stupid...that is what good parents do support there children whether she is four yrs old or 40..parents and family are always going to be there to help u out in any situation..and im glad britney has her father for support her..shit i will do it for my daughter i would never want to see her go under.

I imagine he will be happy to start letting up as she shows improvement. Can you imagine what he has been through with her? Oh my land! I imagine they will extend the conservatorship another month. But who knows, once they've got her meds managed and she gets more normal (it's up to her), she might surprise us all by keeping him on as a something or 'nother. Then you never know, they may surprise us all in a different direction and make the conservatorship permanent. Wouldn't that be a shock!

its not gonna help his conservership is over on march 11 and then you will see britney going crazy like she never did before its gonna be some major shit after march 11 because she feels like her father locked her up and she will run back to osama and alli and will never again talk to her family and go back to her gas stations tours and her hotel stays mark march 11 in your calender as a day we will never forgett

People magazine? They are not a reliable source and they are extreamly unprofessional. I think yes Jamie has down wonders for his daughter, but I not sure if Lynn is singing him praise, and who really knows if they have a team of professionals and people that care for Britney actually around her. Where's the visual proof? Anyone can say anything they want it does not make it true.
