LAPD Britney Investigation Back On?

On again off again on again...According to TMZ, the Britney LAPD investigation is back on and their target is Sam Lutfi.

The Robbery Homicide division of LAPD is officially investigating Lutfi for allegedly drugging Brit. Captain Kyle Jackson of Robbery Homicide has issued the following statement:

"The issues regarding Britney Spears are being considered by the department to determine if laws have been violated. Particular suspects have not yet been fully identified nor has a formal investigation into open charges officially commenced. At this time we don't know whether or not a formal investigation will be initiated."

Even though they didn't actually confirm the investigation, we hope one way or another they throw Sam in the slammer and he becomes a bitch to some guy named Butch. Keeping my fingers crossed!

I think Sam Lutfi is a danger to Brittany and he is copy catting that lawyer of Anna Nicole Smiths, proabaly drugging her to conltrol her life and put more money in his bank roll until he overdoses her. Someone really needs to step up and get Brittany as far away from this creep as possible and other creeps just out there waiting to get there hands on her life before it's to late.

Actually, they probably are investigating it but do not want to say anything as to inhibit the investigation.(Kind of like celeb reps who deny stuff going on with their clients. Everyone knows the score, but it's weeks later when the rep finally "confirms" something).The LAPD is deliberately being vague..."police-speak" if you will.

tmz thinks it means they are investigating. when an agency is investigating you or anyone else they say it. the drugging case is probably too hard for them to prove so I don't think they will charge him and the LAPD hates Britney, Lindsay and the other people like them causing them so much inconvenience and trouble. Lufti probably did steal from her and the lawyer he got to file the lawsuit in New York has reportedly cost britney $40,000. she's going to be broke in the future. she's not the only one out of those airheads that's headed for that.

you all need to read what that says. it does not say they are investigating him. it says we don't know whether or not we will start an investigation. that confirmed nothing. It says they have no suspects and no investigation has been initiated by the department. it says don't hold your breath.
