K.Fed Fights For Full Custody

Britney Spears must have pissed off her ex-husband because Kevin Federline has decided to pursue primary physical custody of the kids.

The papers were filed by Kevin's lawyer in Los Angeles Superior Court today.

Their divorce was finalized 2 weeks ago and in the divorce settlement the two shared 50/50 custody.

Federline, however, is obviously not happy by the way Spears has been acting lately and is worried that she is exposing the boys to "unnecessary risk."

I'm proud of Kevin cause he is actually stepping up to the plate. Let's just hope he wants what's best for the kids. It does seems like he genuinely is looking out for their best interest. We never see Kevin take out the kids in public and expose them to the press which shows that he is not doing any of this for publicity.

Everyone assumes Kevin is just doing this for the money. How would you know? He may really be concerned for those boys welfare.Britneys antics have been more than a little disturbing again. She needs to have mental help before she can even think about full custody of those children. I am not a hater, or jealous or any of that garbage. You rabid fans of Brits need to see the truth once and for all. She really needs help.I hope she will be able to pull herself together sooner than later, I hate seeing someone so young destroying her life.Kevin is a part of those children as well, and as bad as he is or may have been, he has proved to be the more stable of the two parents.The most important thing here is not money or control, it is the welfare of those two little ones.

Why is it for the last 2 years Kevin was in Vegas for one party after another while Brit was at home taking care of the children. Then all of a sudden Kevin dont have any money to party and he becomes father of the year. Remember people he is a party animal and that will not change. As soon as he gets his money YOU WILL ALL SEE!! This is all about the money!!!

DTE-give it a rest-we all know about your unhealthy love for Britney. Brit has issues both drugs and mental- and the kids do not need to be around that. So what if KFed partied in the past, the point is is that he has stepped up to the plate when he saw his errors and decided to give his children stability in which all kids needs in order to have healthy lives. Its called growing up and being a mature parent.

I agree Kevin has stepped up to the plate. Even Shar has always said Kevin has always been a good father just not a good boyfriend. I also saw on E News last night, Ryan Seacrest said he talked to Kelly Clarksons ex manager and he said he's been seeing everywhere that he's now reping Britney and he said it's not true. He said him and his management company the Firm have heard nothing from her. So she's still with no management.

I don't think either one deserves to raise those kids. I truely feel that the only one is Lynne Spears that showed that she actually cares for not only those children, but her daughter as well. It's just to bad that Lynne could not get the custody of those kids, before it's to late.

If Britney did not want to be in that business in the first place she would given up a long time ago. Topic at hand is that she is making assumptions about someone she dont know and when someone makes assumptions about her the is not alright. That is what I have stated. I only bring up the kids because she is always saying Brit does not deserve them, so my assumption is Miss Thing spends way to much time on the comp and not with her children.
