Kevin Going To Court - Britney Spears

Kevin Federline's lawyers will be going to court tomorrow to argue that his ex-Britney Spears is violating the drug test orders, TMZ reports.

K.Fed's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan will go before the L.A. County Commissioner tomorrow morning to argue that Britney is not responding in a timely matter for her court ordered random drug testing.

He also reportedly wants to modify the existing custody order to give Britney "limited visitation rights."

I don't blame K-fed. I wouldn't want my kids being raised by this self-indulgent mental case. BTW, persons with with psychiatric disorders do tend to resort to drugs because it does give relief from the demons inside their heads. I'm on meds, and I relied upon drugs to get me through the day prior to that, so I speak from experience.

Brit is still using drugs. "Passing tests" happens to druggies everyday. Druggies knows how to rid the drugs from their system before taking a test hence the reason she isn't responding quick enough to take the tests. I can't believe how foolish some of you fans are quick to say it is all KFeds fault, he is greedy, she isn't using and such. You can look at her and tell she is using and as for mental illness....if you really know about MI, you will know codependance on drugs usually rides along with MI. If she wasn't using drugs, the judge would had already given her back 50/50 custody and Kfed already tried to get her help both for mental and drugs along with her Moma and we all seen how that went. Those boys don't need to see their mother in this condition right now. Anyone with a brain can see that.

i don't think i can fuly believe this story.. it's hard to know the truth.. one min u hear they are doing good and gettin along and then u hear they aren't.. i do believe she is alot worse then the courts seem to react to.. and yeah u know u can't do drugs for a long time wake up one mornnig and be free... it's a process. that's why people go to reahab!!.........

I THINK KEVIN JUST DON'T WANT HER TO GET HER KIDS BACK. HE WANTS THAT MONEY. MAYBE THAT'S JUST A BAD PICTURE OF HER. I'M SURE SHE KNOWS THE TROUBLE SHE WILL BE IN IF SHE WAS DOING DRUGS. PEOPLE DON'T REALLY KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON BEHIND THOSE DUMB CAMERAS. WE JUST SEE WHAT THEY WANT US TO SEE!!!!!

I think Kevin also needs to be tested. He's only after 'limited visitation' for Britney so he can get more money. I mean he can't even pay his own legal fees. What a scrub. He needs to get a job and prove that he too is a good parent who can support his kids without his ex's money.

i really think britney is not using drugs right now. i think she used to, but not right now. she is mentally ill and people can look like they are on drugs even when they are not. if kevin is using up britney's money to pay for legal fees, maybe he should do her a favor and ask the judge to make her see a psychiatrist for her kid's sake. that would help more than any drug tests.

There's another picture of her in the same outfit where she looks totally stoned. I don't care about her "passing her drug tests." That girl hasn't stopped using drugs. I don't care what anyone says. She's not in a good place right now and those boys needs to be with someone who can give them some stability.
