The judge should slap a gag order on all parties. We're not talking about a murderer, we are talking about the mother of two little boys who will one day learn to read and discover this crap. The lawyer is only talking because he wants to get his name out there.

It's funny that this guy is soooo adamant on f*cking up Britney's life (yes, she's f*cking her own life up, but he's always out there pointing out the obvious to the media every other hour) yet she's the one paying his bills. I looked it up and she went out Holloween to Heidi Klums home by midnight and then she went to a event at some mansion for her birthday so she has only been out 2 times since October. Just check out splash news Kevin is out partying when it is his turn with the kids. This joke of a man is going to show his side again it is only a matter of time.

I personally believe the judge needs to tell that lawyer to shut up. Why does he feel the need to talk to the press. I am not a big fan or anything but having her business told on a press conference for the world to hear is horrible. If she is a good mother or not this not right.
