K-Fed Wants the Kids for Christmas

The original custody agreement between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline stated that K-Fed would get their two boys on Thanksgiving and Spears would have them for Christmas.

Sounds simple right? Only problem is K-Fed is starting to have second thoughts as to whether he can trust his ex wife with their boys during the holiday.

A close family insider tells pagesix.com that "Kevin will be making an attempt to keep the boys during Christmas."

Apparently K-Fed doesn't want his kids to be around Britney's entourage with includes Sam Lufti.

Its unfortunate that they can't be adults and realize that their boys probably want to spend Christmas with both their parents.

Tasha the reason why she doesn't do that anymore is because she doesn't have them as much anymore. If she got full custody she would be parading those children around like they were a circus side show. It's discussing and certainly not how childen should be raised.

Binda, Binda, Binda if she would just follow the court orders she wouldn't have any problems. It's really that simple. I swear you Brit idols work hard to absolve her of any responsibility. To you guys it's never Britney's fault. You know as well as I do she's not going to the next COURT ORDERED depostion or the next or the next one. So she will probably lose visitation soon anyway. And that will be her fault, no one else's. And as far as more important cases. Judges set up their own dockets and you know the rich & famous always get preferential treatment. That's just how it is. If she was suing Kevin for full custody, she would jump ahead of everyone else.

Tasha, she may well have, but I am sure that there are many more IMPORTANT cases on the court's docket than this one. You know the ones, where a child is being abused. 'Giving him reasons'? He's after the money. Flat out plain and simple. If he was so concerned why did he wait several months after the breakup? Surely he knew what she was like before he left? Or was it that the money from the divorce settlement went too quickly?

Since she no longer has full custody I could care less about her going to the gas station/starbucks/tanning salon EVERYDAY. As aimless as that is, that seems to be her special thing. She loves the mob of paps around. My problem is when she would drag her kids into that shit. Lately you haven't seen her dragging her kids in front of the paps. That's a good sign. I'm sure I'm speaking too soon.

See that is what is funny, Kevin can leave the kids for a 200K gig and all is ok, but if Britney left the kids for her 500K gig that would be unacceptable. So what if she doesn’t stay at home, that is her choice. Is she going out clubbing? "NO" She is merely going to starbucks or some random gas station. Yes these trips can be taken care of by someone else but obviously she wants to do them her self and yes they are obviously for her self amusement. Looks like Kevin will finally make some money partying, he finally worked that one out, great for him. La Chat why don't you go smoke one and maybe your negative attitude might improve and everyone around you will be happy instead of regretting your existence.

You say he is lazy and needs to get job. That's what he's doing. Some club is paying him $200K to make an appearance. For that kind of money I would leave the kids with grandma too. Britney is the one who doesn't want the kids for New Years, because she can't party like she wants to in front of the monitor. And we all know staying at home is out of the question!

Binda, Kevin has a gig in Vegas for New Years, so if he gets the kids on Christmas she will get them on New Years. So that is where the plot thickens, Kevin is to stoned 24/7 to think that far ahead of time it probably just dawned on him he needed to get that changed. hahahaha

Binda: It's not a whim. She violated a COURT ORDER. There are repercussions for that. You can't decide "Ok I'm going to obey this court order but not that one." It doesn't work that way, not even for Britney Spears. And if she wants him to stop going to court, then she should stop giving him a reason to. That's how she could solve that.

It was still a legally binding agreement Tasha. He can't just go and change it on a whim. He is constantly going back and taking up the courts time when there are more important cases to look at for people who aren't famous or the leeches of famous people.

Then why in hell did he AGREE to the arrangement in the first place? I mean what a waste of the courts time. They could have been sorting out another custody agreement. If the court order says she gets them and then he files, he's an idiot. He can ask for further stipulations though - which might be the 'nice' way to sort this mess out. However, I find it interesting that nothing was said at Thanksgiving but 9 days out of Christmas, he drops this mess.

Britney is supposed to have them Christmas morning the last I read.Kevin is looking out for the welfare of his kids. Britney continues to show poor judgement in just about everything she does. If she does not get the boys for Christmas, it's her own fault, not Kevin's.at least at Kevin's place, it will be in an actual home and not a hotel. I saw today a video where the Four Seasons denied her access.

I didn't say it was acceptable. Both hang out with low lifes. But like Linda said at least Kevin does have BOTH families around. Britney is not speaking to her parents, because they want her to go to rehab. They only get to see the kids through Kevin. That's why they have a relationship with him. And as far as Christimas is concerned, she'll probably spend it holed up in some hotel with good ole' Sam. Hardly a fond childhood Christmas memory. But she wouldn't even be facing the possibility of not having the kids for Christmas, if she had gone to the deposition. That's the bottom line. Another mess she's made for herself. I don't know how long she thinks she can tell this court to go to hell and there not be repercussions.

That's Wash?? Porn stars and drugs addicts hang around the same type of people. No that is not an exceptable environment for children by either parent. Christmas is for the children and both parents need to provide them happy memories. Britney may have plans with her family we dont know, and it has been a while since any of Britney's family has been to Kevin's.

Both parents are childesh, They both do not have the best decisions as far as the company they keep (Kevin has porn stars at his house), and they both need to be more mature. Christmas is for the kids, providing happy memories.

Both be adults? Kevin is being an adult and looking out for the best interest of his kids. Britney needs to grow the fuck up and get the help she needs in order to be healthy enough to be around her kids and when you throw her drug dealer into the mix, then yep I wouldn't allow my kids around that Sam person neither! It would be different if her mother was going to be around the kids for the holidays but as we all see, Britney doesn't want to have anything to do with her mother anymore thus the reason she hasn't been around Britney since their so called reunion...which was short-lived and fake as Britney's hair.
