Former Mr. Britney Spears Kevin Federline wants his ex wifey Britney Spears to be banned from driving while their two sons are with her. Talk about bad timing! Spears just spent over $100k on her new flashy Benz, maybe K-Fed just got a little jealous over her impulse buy.
K-Fed's gansta looking lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan made the request yesterday in court on behalf of Kevin during an emergency hearing.
Kaplan told L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon, "We're asking that she personally shouldn't be the driver of the children."
Fortunately for Spears the Commissioner said he wasn't going to make any changes to existing custody orders except to emphasize that a drug testing laboratory must be able to reach Spears at a single telephone number.
This K-Fed/Britney baby drama is getting out of hand. Why is it so difficult for two people who once loved each other to be civil without the use of attorneys, press conferences and tabloids? It's kind of sad to be a celebrity sometimes.
