K-Fed: Britney Needs to See the Kids!

K-Fed must be tired of being a full time daddy because he's really fighting for his ex wifey Britney Spears to get visitation. Yesterday both camps were back in court but the judge didn't make any changes to the custody battle.

After the hearing, Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan insisted his client wants to see the situation resolved as the children need their mother.

He says, "Both sides want to see the day that visitation can resume. It is a question of working out details on how that can happen. Mr. Federline looks forward to his children having their mum in their life."

Kaplan adds Federline "is doing everything that he can to make up for the fact that the boys are with him and keeping family around and trying to have them not aware that there's any change whatsoever. He's doing great at being a parent."

I think she should beable to see her kids. However she needs to be mentally stable..She needs to be a positive rolemodel for her kids and instill good things into them..And yes i doo think Kevin is sick of playing Mr Dad i think he's a fake and a phony this is not about the kids for him its about the money as long as he gets the money thats all he really cares about ..We all knew he was a piece of shit , and because he is a nobody it was easy to make him look like the good guy and Britney the unstable whacko..I'm not denying she has some problems..But he was her husband if he loved her he would have helped her instead he made a mockary of her...

how lame is she? if kevin is trying to give her joint custody and she won't even do what she has to do to take it. i don't think those kid see her as a mother as much as the crazy woman daddy made them play with twice a week.

Sorry but until she gets help and fixes whatever is wrong with her, those kids should not be around her. If she wants to be a mother then she needs to get herself together. Joely, paying for a broke guy's child support would be a major mood kill for me too. I don't understand why Britney didn't feel the same way.

Binda..Brit knew she would be paying for Shar's kids BEFORE she married Kevin. She didn't seem to mind. Why do you? DTE.. Yes kids need to be with their mother as long as she's mentally stable. That does not seem to be the case here.

Because she is a celebrity, her previous encounters with court-appointed monitors did not work out; the monitors did not really take control. Now that she has been diagnosed as mentally ill, i think she should see the kids, but only in the presence of a court-appointed monitor who is also a licensed psychiatrist. It also seems a good idea to have both Jamie and Lynne present, at least at first. Britney's erratice behaviour last time she had the children (locking herself in the athroom with one child and refusing to turn them back to their dad) speaks of grave mental incapacity, which is why a court-appointed psychiatrist-monitor must be present. She is suffering and missing them, no doubt, but the children need protection from her mental illness too.

Well la-di-dah, K-Fud's a good father to his other kids because Shar said so. It's amazing what a lot of child support will do to the truth. (See I can make assumptions too). He may well be a 'good' dad to his other two kids, but he sure as hell isn't the one paying for them - that would be Brit.

With 25 security guards around her I think her children would be safe. How about a BBQ/picnic with her family, security guards, attornies etc. and, of course, the children. She will eventually become stable but her medication commitment is lifelong.

Does anyone else get the feeling that he's just getting tired of taking care of the kids? He wants primary custody for the sake of spousal support, but having them the whole time is probably putting a crimp in his lifestyle. Those poor kids, neither one of their parents seems to be entirely focused on their welfare. Kevin may look good compared to Britney, but does he really deserve all the credit he's been getting lately? She may have been nuts while he was with her, but he is equally responsible for bringing not one, but two innocent children into this world.

This is such a joke. Do they think we are all stupid. Kaplan has explained to K-fed the fine arts of getting as much child support as possible even if you drive the Mother nuts. He has also explained the legal matter that when a parent is stripped of all rights to her kids she is no longer obligated to make child support payments. K-Fed never wanted the kids. He played the role as directed by Kaplan, he hired Sam to cut phone lines and hide chargers and drug Brit without her knowledge. And now he is beginning to see the reality......while still playing the role of let us all pretend he is a great parent while he smokes his next joint and brings the next low life female to his bedroom....he has got to be scared.....coz he is going to be supporting those kids on his own income soon.

For all K-Fed was or is, he, at least, has learned to take his responsibility seriously. He grew up. Can you imagine what it was like to live with her? She was nuts back then too. Brit will be right back to her shenanigans the second she is no longer under conseratorship if they don't get her into a facility where she can learn about her disease. She also needs to learn it's ok to have a different way of life that does not involve the paps. she won't die without them. I think being able to play with her kids would maybe bring some normalcy into her life and give her hope - that it is worth the effort to deal with her devils.
