There shouldn’t even be a jury in a case like this, but it’s
Britney Spears, so she gets one.
An LA judge ruled that the jury must keep deliberating after they were split 10-2 on whether Brit was guilty of driving without a license. A unanimous vote is necessary in order for her to be convicted. If she is, Brit could face six months in jail and a $1000 fine. But like we said, it’s Britney, so we’re sure that won’t happen.
Should Britney be convicted? This all stems from last year’s incident when she hit a woman’s car and left the scene.
