Joe Simpson to Rep Spears?

Rumor has it that Joe Simpson might be considering managing fallen pop-star Britney Spears. Spears just fired her on again/off again manager Larry Rudolph last week.

Simpson even tried to set up a meeting over the weekend which was obviously unsuccessful. Those two would beat one another in the studio after the first week.

How would Jessica feel? Sources say Jess would be okay with her dad working with Spears because the two are not even competitors anymore.

uhhh larry rudolph to joe simpson is downgrade isnt it? i mean...ashlee simpson is doing well..but even if jessica simpson has singing talent...none of her records sell..serioiusly..britney should just go back to larry..the guy that helped her become famous in the first place.

I don't know...they were both kid stars with MMC and they are both successful stars (okay maybe one a little bit more than the other right now). AND although Joe is a little "weird", both Jessica and Ashely have a good head on their shoulders and presenting their name and honor pretty well... It might be a good thing to do if she is really trying to restart her career.
