Jamie Spears' Declaration - Britney Spears

Britney Spears' dad, Jamie filed a declaration today detailing a lot of things about his conversations with his daughter. It's definitely a tear jerker! Some things that were in the declaration are listed below:

"I was unable to visit the hospital during the day because I had to work: I am a cook, and I was catering a large Super Bowl party."
"While I was working Britney called my cell phone at least four times. She called me about every 20 minutes." During one call, she said, "Daddy what are you doing?" Jamie responded, "I told her I was cooking. Britney said, 'What are you doing cooking, daddy? Why are you not here with me?' I told her, 'Baby, daddy's got to work.'"
"Britney then told me that there was some property of hers that Sam Lutfi had wrongfully taken. She asked me to help get it back. I told her that I would."
In the another declaration filled out by Jamie's attorney Jeryll Cohen Cohen says Jamie was looking "for the least ugly way to save this young woman's life, bring her back to her babies, and keep her safe from predators."
Jamie says that he didn't tell Britney about the conservatorship because of her "emotional and psychological condition and her dealings with Mr. Lutfi, I believe Britney is incapable of keeping information from Mr. Lutfi. In particular, I believe if she knew I was planning to seek a conservatorship, she would tell Mr. Lufti about the planned conservatorship."

keira plays the bad guy...in the atonement movie. to be honest i don;t think bush should get any atonement or expect forgiveness for what he has done...he has ruined a lot of lives and the economy...i don;t mean that he ruined the lives of dead marines...he ruined people's lives with the brainwashing too. a lot of people are complicit in this...i hope the truth comes out and that he is impeached.

umm the only secret sam should tell is the marine and radio media brainwashing scam. britney isn't the only woman who was brainwashed by an american marine. there are a lot of us out there. the timeframe of the marine brainwashing being deployed on americans began in mid feb 2003. me specifically...it was valentine's day weekend 2003. and it is definitely about the iraq war.

Did people really expect her to show up? Apparently hooking up with a married man through (MillMatch....com) is more important than her kids. Right now, those two little boys are in safer hands and it should stay that way. Britney needs to be held accountable and until then she will never be well.

for the first time in a long time DTE I agree with you. Although I would love to hear what he has to say because we all love drama as long as it isn't our own, but she has the right to privacy and it not to be spilled. But unfort, like the old saying goes, don't lie in a bed with pigs if you don't want to get dirty. She choose to befriend him instead of heeding her parents warnings because she is spoiled and don't think she has to listen to anyone or follow the rules. Its kinda you reap what you sow. But she definitely deserves privacy if that is what she finally realizes that is what she wants. Its kinda like you learn from your mistakes and lets hope she learns from this one.

Everyone and I mean everyone has secrets about there lives they do not want to share including Britney! This girl is no different than us, she deserves privacy just like we do.

I agree with you anonymous, a temp restraining order isn't enough. Its funny because Lynn Spears had made a statement that Osama had stated that if they try to take control of Britney, he will make sure to smear their name and when Britney dies because she can't get her medication that he gives her,he will piss on her grave. I believe he said this as well. All of his actions proves the alligations that the other person he managed and now has a restraining order against Osama had said about him being controlling, condescending and threatening if you don't play by his rules.

A permanent restraining order needs to be put on Britney and her family. Lutfi is one evil manipulating controlling man.There is so much coming out on him it's scary. This guy needs to be locked up.Britney's fortunate in the sense that her family was able to get this intervention done this time, otherwise she may in fact be dead.
