Jamie Lynn Spears Is Pregnant?!

Next weeks cover of OK! magazine is claiming that Britney's little sister Jamie Lynn Spears is knocked up.

In the interview Jamie Lynn apparently reveals that she is pregnant and keeping the baby. I checked their official website and didn't see the cover or the story so I'm hoping this is just a joke. What do you guys think??

UPDATE: OMG! It actually might be true! Nickelodeon issued the following statement today: "We respect Jamie Lynn's decision to take responsibility in this sensitive and personal situation. We know this is a very difficult time for her and her family, and our primary concern right now is for Jamie Lynn's well being."

Hey, she made a mistake. When I was 16, I got my girlfriend pregnant. We used protection, but the condom broke. She had an abortion. Jamie Lynn should be commended on the way she has gone about handling this situation. She is not a whore, for a whore implies that she has slept with multiple people, and the father of her child has been her boyfriend for two and a half years. Just because she is 16 does not make her an unfit parent. There are many adults who are unfit to be parents, and I'm NOT talking about Brittany. Jamie-Lynn isn't just a slut: she's a STUPID slut. See, I'm 43. They've had birth control pills for longer than I've been alive. A few weeks ago, I learned that condoms date back centuries. And yet Jamie-Lynn (and in fact, a fair percentage of Western women) can't find the brains to avail themselves of modern technology. They can't remember to take the pill, and apparently in the heat of the moment, they can't be counted on to remember to take five seconds to put a condom on the guy. You can be in favor of or against abortion, but frankly it should never reach that stage. Only the most devout Catholics don't use birth control: I was married to a Catholic woman for 13 years, and trust me, she and all her Catholic friends used birth control. Any girl who asks can get the pill very inexpensively. Anyone who walks into a drugstore can walk out with a box of condoms for almost nothing. To not have the brains to be able to do either one of these things is just plain STUPID. Forget being yet another skanky member of an incredibly skanky family. Jamie-Lynn spears is just plain STUPID. Maybe the Muslims are right, and women would be better off as men's property. They certainly couldn't be worse off than when they're left to make their own decisions.
