It's Judgement Day For Britney Spears

Today is a very big day for Britney Spears. The so called “secret” witness will be in court to testify against Spears. There were reports that the witness was a “drug dealer” but that proved to be nothing more than just a rumor. It is simply someone that has been in close contact with Spears.

Unfortunately, this “secret witness” might jeopardize any chance Britney had with keeping her kids.

“You may recognize him as we walk into court,” Allred told Fox News. “But maybe not. He is not famous. He’s just someone who’s concerned about the kids.”

Why do I have this weird feeling that it either might be her brother or father? That would be so sad if it were the case. Either way I feel bad for Britney, she loves her kids and it would be sad if they were completely taken from her. A child always needs its mother.

Yeah, it is sad if it's a family member, but it'd be sadder still if her boys ended up ingesting any drugs.

I don't necessarily think that it would be bad if it was a family member because that just goes to show they are more concerned about the grandkids/nephews than about britney-the way it is suppose to be. If I was in Brits shoes doing the things Brit is doing, trust me my parents/sister and brother will step in and testify against me for the sake of the children. It is the right thing to do. I personally think that Lynne should get custody of the kids but since Kfed is the father and is atleast trying to be the responsible parent, he should be next in line. Once Brit gets her life together (if she ever decides to because right now that doesn't seem to be the option) then she could eventually get 50-50 custody back. Maybe having her kids taken from her will be her wake-up call...God does work in mysterious ways.

I agree with miss thang too. And I don't think a child just needs a parent...a child needs a GOOD parent. Britney is not in the right place right now and if she was a poor young woman, social services would have taken those kids out of the house a long time ago.

I also agree with you miss thang. I personally think having the kids taken away not only is best for the kids at this point but may be the only think that gets Britney to get the help she needs.

With all the publicity about Kevin's wild party life in Arizona I have to wonder if he is any better for those children than her. Maybe the court should consider taking the kids from BOTH of them until they get their lives in order. It seems as if both are using the custody issue as a weapon to get back at each other. They both need some serious counseling and probably each needs to go to rehab.

she takes those children for granted and deserves to have them taken from her. she's not interested in raising them properly, she's interested in a comeback. to each their own, but TAKE THOSE CHILDREN from her and give them to someone who can care for them the way they deserve.
