Britney Spears' latest boy toy Howie Day whom she met in rehab is back where she found him.

The two met when Britney Spears was staying at Promises back in March and they were seen hanging together here and there after rehab. The real world might have been a little too much for Howie because he was shipped backed to rehab.

A source told Us Weekly, "He has some more issues he has to deal with."
