Details of Britney's Meltdown

Details of what went down at Britney Spears' home are slowly being released, and it isn't pretty!

Britney apparently locked herself and her two boys in the bathroom when K-Fed's bodyguard came to pick up the children at 7:00PM.

She refused to unlock the doors to the bathroom and seemed hysterical. After 45 minutes, she still wouldn't budge so someone called 911. At this point, there was severe concern over the safety of her children.

Having a meltdown in front of your children is a sure way to get your visitation rights suspended. Like we reported earlier this morning, K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, went to court at 8:30AM this morning to ask the Commissioner to take Britney's visitation rights away from her.

K-Fed and Spears' lawyers both emerged out of court but will return at 1:30PM. A press conference should be given afterward. LAPD did confirm that there will be no charges pressed against Spears.'

UPDATE: The children are safe with Kevin Federline in his Tarzana home. Although Jayden was taken to the hospital, he was unharmed. New reports claim that Spears' will be under care at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for the next 14 days.

Out, you are so obvious. For the longest everyone but DTE (you) has been saying Britney needed help. What you Brit fanatics stated was that she was fine, she wasn't on drugs, she wasn't a threat to her kids and leave her alone and this and that. Britney needs rehab and therapy, the two things that everyone but You have been saying for the longest.

it is totally possible for all of this to be non-drug related. especially if she was pregnant and had a miscarriage recentley (which is what i think happened). her mental state has never been strong enough to build on, her mentality is that of an adolecent. send her back to Kentwood and let her mother finish parenting her child. this is her mess, she needs to clean it up.

No Cosmo get your mags straight. The National Enquirer said JL was pregnant back in July. They were right. Life & Style said Britney was about 2-3 wks ago. They were wrong.

Clinique & Cosmo: I think it's both. I've always thought she was mentally unstable and on drugs. It seems everything that body guard was saying was true. He said she was unstable crying all the time, almost od'd in a hotel room with Howie Day.

And they are all using Life & Style as their source!! Wow OUT please grow up and get a life. She was obviously on something last night. Rather it was so that she could OD or as a typical daily use. I recommend you not to rely on what the gossip blogs announces from "sources" but rather what people who were actually trained to pinpoint intoxication such as police and EMS worker and hospital staff. Once the report from the hospital is given, then I will believe what they say. I don't believe mags who has been known to lie to make up a story. Plus you know they are going to do a full blown drug test on her including hair samples so that take days for the results to come back.

I'm ok with charges not being pressed. She's getting help and the kids are away from her. That's what's really important. But you're right Miss Thang. A guy in my city did something similar and yes he got charged with the quickeness!! Hey Out when someone besides Life & Style says she's not on drugs or alcohol, I might believe it. Until then, I will go with the cops at the scene.

I am so mad that they are not going to press charges against her. If it had been regular nonceleb person holding her kids hostage, they would had pressed charges against that noncustodial parent. It happens daily.
