Decision To Be Made By Monday In Britney Custody Case

All the lawyers in the Britney/Kevin custody case were at the court house today to discuss what will happen to the custody of the children. K-Fed's lawyer was the first to arrive at 8:30AM, the case went on hold and continued again at 1:30PM.

Although Kevin showed up to court, he did not go inside the hearing. TMZ is reporting that on Monday "there will be a series of orders released to the public."

K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, didn't want to comment after the 40-minute hearing saying, "There are no winners here."

He said he was "not happy about any of the events that have happened."

Britney shouldn't be allowed to see her kids alone. She should see them with a lot of family around like her mother, father, brother and maybe even Kevin. A court-ordered monitor is not gonna help her get stable, but family might. What do you think might help Britney?

She won't listen to anybody, especially her family. And Kevin shouldn't have to spend his time with her, so she can be with the kids. That is exactly what she wants. She needs to straighten up in order to spend time with her kids, just like anyone else would. Forcing Kevin to spend time with her, would just prolong her agony. Put her on medication, and make her follow the court orders, just like anyone else.

Dear people, Britney just needs to get together and hide her weaknesses. That man Kevin ruined her life. He turned her into someone that she probably would have never been if she wasnt with him. That guy is a low life scum who ran for her because of her money, sure as Hell he knew what he was doing. He just ruined the pop princes. After all she gave birth to those kids not him, what kind of mom would not go through a mental break down. Every woman will.After going through so much pain and suffering they are hers. On the other hand every person want to have a real friend to rely on. Why is the stupid media so so focused on Britney???? and her life style and partying or whatever she does??? Irene PV you are so way off base. Kevin may not be a prince and may be a slimeball towards women but he has shown to be the better parent here - sure he parties but he has never been shown to be a danger to those boys like Britney. Kevin did not give her mental or drug problems or force her to do all of the crazy shit we've seen over the past year. She is an adult and she needs take responsibility and get help for the sake of her children.

Britney Spears only has herself to blame in this whole mess. If this was a normal person, she would have had her kids taken away from her a long time ago and that would've been that. I felt sorry for her at the beginning, but this is just getting ridiculous! Kevin Federline is also coming out smelling like a rose, which is definately not the case. What ever happened to an intervention. There are way too many people profiting on her being "crazy", which is why I think people are not too anxious for this crazy train to stop. Britney is headed down the same path as Anna Nicole and it is a shame that everyone can see her going there and no one is reaching out to help.
