Cops Called to Britney's House

2008 isn't looking too good for Britney Spears. According to TMZ, the LAPD was called to Brit's house for what was called a "family custody dispute."

Britney was only supposed to have the kids until 7:00, but when K-Fed showed up to pick them up, she wouldn't budge.

Police were called and arrived at her Beverly Hills home around 8:00 PM PT this evening and they are still on the scene.

K-Fed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, was seen leaving Spears' home around 9 p.m.

Britney was more than 2.5 hours late for her scheduled deposition today. She doesn't seem too serious about getting custody of her children and this certainly isn't helping!

UPDATE: More police cars, fire trucks, an ambulance and a police chopper have now all arrived at Spears' home.
