Brit's Final Custody Hearing Delayed

Britney Spears was expecting to head to court today with her mother and legal friend Blair Berk in a final hearing in the custody case. But now it's been delayed until Friday.

Kevin's lawyer Marc Vincent Kaplan says he needs more time to prepare. He says, "It was my idea to delay it for a day. But the next available day for Wasser and I was Friday, simple as that. I think I will know better what is needed to go to trial then, than I do now."

With Britney making such an amazing recovery in the pat few months, it would seem strange to grant Kevin full custody at this point.

Britney is the one acting like an adult, Kevin is the one out at the clubs this time, so yes she should get the kids from Kevin. This is not a double standard. As a matter of fact Kevin was at some club just the other day.

As long as the conservatorship is in place, Britney is legally a child. Until she shows the court she is stable enough to handle her own affairs, she will not be getting joint custody of two little boys.

She didn't do anything to deserve losing them, she is a good mom and went a bit crazy cos \kev was being such an evil person to her. He used everything against her and she didn't believe he would be that amalicious or monet-grabbing. Whhy didn't he want custody of his other two kids??????? Eh ???? Why dya yhink?????

She went a bit crazy??? More than a bit. She deserved to lose those kids. It looks like she is turning it around but until she stands on her own feet without supervision, I don't see her getting 50/50.

I would hope that she would atleast get joint custody. She is proving herself every day and trying to get healthy. It's apparent she's come a long way. You don't take babies away from their mother unless that mother has been physically abusing her kids or is a danger to them. This girl does not appear to be a danger to anyone - including herself these days. She made some mistakes - she's human - give her time with her kids. It's b/c of Kevin that she went loco in the first place!
