Britney's Trial Delayed Again

As we reported earlier today, Kevin Federlines lawyers were in court today in regards to Britney Spears' missed deposition last week.

Another hearing was originally scheduled for the first week of January but that's been pushed back to February because K-Fed's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan argued that he needed time to review the depo and check out what Brit says under oath.

Brit's lawyers will try to restore her 50/50 custody in February and argue that Britney should be able to drive with the boys in the car---not a good idea!

She has her ups and downs like everyone has so why does everyone have to get in her way and make her mistakes world-wide. She is a human and we all make mistakes so STOP PICKING ON HER

Lm I have news for you, I do contribute 2 or 3 days every single week for charity. We never said we cared, we can spend our quality time any way we choose and commenting on anything we damn well please. I agree Tasha. Im sure we are in for a nice show in the next couple of months! But as for KFed being caught on tape smoking weed...trust me x17 would had already published those picts and so would had Brits attorneys.

What does he need a deposition for? He has TMZ follow and video tape every moment that she is not in her house. Physical custody was given to K-Fed and driving with kids taken from Brit based on TMZ video. K-Fed wants a deposition because he smokes too much pot to remember what she might have seen and will report in her deposition. I think she will manage to keep a few surprises for the court.
