Britney Spears looked like she was having a rough morning after a big night of partying. Brit-Brit was photographed lighting up a smoke in her car after visiting a medical center.
In the meantime, Britney's old manager, Johnny Wright is suing Spears claiming that she hasn't paid him commissions during a certain period of time which was in their signed contract.
