Britney's Late Night In Hollywood

Yesterday pop wreck Britney Spears skipped out on her scheduled deposition because she was "sick with anxiety." She didn't seem "too sick" to drive around aimlessly on the streets of Hollywood last night.

Spears was spotted at 2AM leaving the Four Seasons hotel and heading towards a gas station (shocker).

When the photogs asked her about her missed appointment she simply replied, "It's cold, y'all."

She filled up her tank, left and headed to ANOTHER gas station on Sunset Blvd. She seemed so dazed and confused, she actually drove off without her assistant!

Binda: Ideally a child should be with their mother. But if the mother is on drugs and doesn't have their act together, then the child should be taken out of that environment. There are worse mothers out there than Courtney Love, but she still had her kid taken away till she proved to the judge she was a fit parent. Not that she would listen, Courtney ought to give Brit a call and share her experience. But Brit seems to be one of the folks who has to learn things the hard way.

It is so much better for a child to interact with there mother even if she makes mistakes than it is for them to grow up with out a mother. DTE has a point there are worse mothers and they get to keep there children she should not have to be an example because she is famous. So before you start accusing me of something I am not DTE she seems like she can handle her own with no help from me.

DTE: First of all I'm not fat. And if you want to put your chips on Britney you go for it. But I doubt any fat lady will be singing anytime soon at a Britney turnaround. Mark my words, she will LOSE all custody/visitation before she gets her shit together if even then. True there are other mothers who treat their kids worse, but they are not in the public eye doing stupid ass things. Britney is the one who makes sure her fuck ups are recorded by the paps for the world to see. No judge can ignore that. And even though she might not physically abuse her kids, this girl is high as a damn kite. Even if Kevin is playing a game, I sure wouldn't not help him beat me. She shot herself in the foot yesterday. That was not a smart move. But are we shocked??? All I gotta say is she better wake up SOON.

Brit not a bad parent...good grief! You are delusional again DTE. So kids are suppose to see their parents high and drunk sleeping with so many different men weekly, living out of hotels because she is "spooked" and driving dangerously with them just so she can chandlier shop. Even the Dept of Children as well as the court order monitor stated that Britney doesn't interact with her children nor is she the best parent to be around. Are their worst parents out there--yes they are. But if you really worked at St. Judes you would know that kids needs their Parents to be healthy and need to know that they can rely on their parents at all times. Britney isn't showing her kids this...she didn't even think it was to the best interest to show up for her court date yesterday nor in the past or do random drug testings or listen to the court ordered monitors etc etc so she can be proved as a fit parent and get her children back. Wow you are truely delusional and I wouldn't want to see any children left in your care if you really do think Britney is not a bad parent. DTE..I agree with you. Britney is not a bad parent when compared to those you have seen at ST Judes and most of us have read about in the news sooooo many unfit parents. Britney was the only parent we ever saw with the kids until she dumped K-Fed. He was out in Vegas partying on her dollar. He must have decided it was easier to ACT the part of a good Dad for 17K per month than to get a real job. At the very least her 2 kids will be well cared for by nannies regarless of which parent they are staying with. While the kids are in K-Fed's custody..they will not be harmed because that would end his money train. K-Fed was video taped in October smoking pot during a break on the set of One Tree Hill. Brit's lawyer needs to get that video in front of the judge.

im so sick of hearing about her. i hope she doesnt get her kids back, she doesnt deserve them, she makes K-Fed look like a perfect parent. i feel bad for her kids, they seem so cute, and under the right care of a loving parent im sure they would grow up to be great human beings, but britney is crazy bitch.

Believe me I do work for St Jude’s, leaving in a few minutes. If you had any realization of the world, you would know that St Jude's is the reason I say Britney does not deserve to loose her children. At St Jude's I have seen children whom are very sick, there parents do not come to see them or make sure they are properly treated. They have been abused and thrown out like a piece of trash. So you tell me honestly do you think Britney is that bad, why do they get to keep her children and she does not. All of the men and women at St Jude's have said she does not deserve the judgment she has been given. Again never said she should have then 24/7 she would never get that to begin with because Kevin will have his rights. One of these days Kevin will get tired of sitting around on his ass and being a good boy. At some point the real Kevin will come back and you will all see. This is a game and so far he is winning but as that saying goes it aint over until the fat lady sings. OH by the way did you manage to see Kevin hitting the clubs the other night. HMMM he might be tired of that life already. Nice one Jill because we all know Kevin is not watching the kids, the nannies have been.

Perhaps it was morning sickness....like preggers...She would feel just fine once the spell passes. It will be funny if Kaplan goes to court with a rant about her faking illness and then...she presents the court with pregnant positive test results. The other possibility is that she really just wants K-Fed to have to be responsible for the kids and she will pay the nannie that really watches the kids when K-Fed is smoking pot as he does daily.

I wish they would put her in jail, maybe that will snap her back to reality. But truthfully shes too far gone at the moment and only God can bring her back. And Boo Boo, I agree with you. She'll just try to replace her sons, like she is doing now with her dogs. I don't like seeing people fall, but something a person has to fall in order to get back up and learn to walk straight in their lives.

Really, what the hell is wrong with her? I mean ok, drugs, booze, obvious mental problems. She's a dead beat mother. She makes me sick, and to watch her fall, and watch her lose her kids will be a pleasure. I think there should be a law that forces dead beat mom's, dad's to be fixed, cause god knows when she loses those two boys and she will, she won't give a damn, and just replace her little toys with some new ones, and then there are more tragic stories to come.
