Britney's Last Chance to Regain Custody

Believe it or not, Britney Spears is going to get one more chance to regain custody of her children. There's a custody hearing scheduled for Monday morning and it could be the most important hearing in the Spears vs. Federline case.

LAPD, firefighters and eyewitnesses will be on hand to provide information about Spears' breakdown last Thursday so it's NOT going to be pretty! Let's just hope she shows up for the hearing!

UPDATE: Sources are saying that Kevin's lawyers want Britney's visitation rights to "be cut off completely until the trial in April." Basically Britney would have no interaction with her kids until the trial is over. Wow, that's sad!

has anyone else noticed that she has been acting somewhat normal this past week ever since adnan has been hanging with her every day? i feel like she is just one of those girls that needs to have a man. if she doesnt she loses it and sadly her kids are always gonna come in second because of that.

Tasha, I agree. She proved that she is more concerned with having a man than her kids. If she can seem "normal" around this new guy and happy go lucky, then how come she can't do the same around her kids? And people please get off the "lay off Britney because she is sick" cries. She knows exactly what she is doing.

If i was always criticized by people who don't know me, and always in the limelight, i'd probably go insane too. She is going throug something all of you don't understand so save your input. Im sure you people have problems too, it's just not being broadcasted. Im seriously sick of hearing about her on the news for what she is doing wrong, because one point or another,we all have went through some of our own stuff.No one person is worthy of judging another being.

I agree Miss Thang and Tasha she does have more emotion for the strange men who are just using her for their own means. Either to get some type of fame, attention, a name for themselves, money, etc. She should focus that energy on her own flesh and blood. She should wake up and realize that those children need her more then any of those dirt bags she takes up with. I also agree again with you Miss Thang people need to stop using the she sick so lay off excuse. She can get better, but she has to choose to do so otherwise she is not going to let anything take. She needs to get to the breaking point when she discovers that she's got to do something for herself.

We all have known about her poor judgement in men, I mean look at her past, only time will tell about this "adnan" or what ever his name is. I personally thinks she wants her children, I say she will be in court on monday, but I have been wrong. :-)

DTE...Adnan was trying to sell naked pictures of her to make money. Time didn't take long to reveal that he's a dirt bag. For the other stuff I'm not sure if she wants them or she just doesn't want K-Fed to have them, and for Monday who knows if she will appear?

First of all, this is California. She may lose temporary custody, but she'll get another shot again because she's the mom. Secondly, this wacky hoe is an order of fries away from eating those fucking kids.

DTE...I only heard that he was trying to sell them for a million dollars and that no one wanted to buy them except a Austrilian Magazine and they were not going to pay a lot for them. Weither it's true or not I don't know yet, but it would be really fucked up to allow someone to do that to you and still let them be in your life. How could their be any trust their? Yet she is now maybe having him move in with her. So your guess is as good as mine.

Yah I dont understand the moving in thing, she always jumps in the water and asks how to swin afterwards. I am sure at some point good or bad the pics will surface "if this is true" hopefully not.

I agree they should surface sooner or later, but I must say that I am surprised that no one would buy those pics even if they are bad I mean look at that high school musical girl her pics were posted on here and they were not good quality, but someone must of bought them and Brit has more status then her so I can not figure that one out.

All I am saying is that if this rumor is true I would not let him move in. How can you trust someone that would do that to you and he could take pics of your kids you and try to sell those to? You never know.

Makes sense she's dating him. She's known him for years and he certainly knows her cuz he's been following her around for years. He gets whats going on and seems to be taking care of her and she seems to trust him. Still, no way she should ever get the kids not even for visitation. I don't trust her.
