Britney's Friend Alli Sims Gets Served

Britney Spears’ bff/cousin Alli Sims was served with legal papers Saturday night at 2:30AM after leaving a house party in the Hollywood Hills.

"Alli was really shocked and covered her face," someone at the scene told People Magazine. "[She was] really distraught and said 'Oh my God.' "

Britney was also at the same party but didn’t actually see Sims get served with the papers.

On Wednesday, Kevin filed for primary custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. The papers were sent by Kevin Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan. They served her in order to testify about Britney’s parenting skills. The girl has been around Britney therefore she knows more than many people do.

All I can say is fasten your seatbelts because this war between Britney and Kevin is going to get reallllll dirty!
