Britney's Fake Lawyer Still Filling Appeals

March 12, 2008

Britney Spears fake lawyer Jon Eardley doesn't take no for an answer. Eardley, who was previously ruled to have no authority to represent Britney, has filled another appeal on 'her behalf' in court.

Eardley has filed an appeal to challenge Jamie's conservatorship ruling on the grounds that Britney was not given the"five-day notice period" required by California state law before control of a person's estate is changed.

"The record shows no legitimate grounds for dispensing with the 5-day notice requirement ... nor any finding by the court of good cause for dispensing with the 5-day notice," said the filing, according to the Reuters news agency.

Eardley works closely with Michael Sands, who also works closely with Sam Lutfi. Don't these people understand Britney's not an ATM machine? Sam needs to get a real job instead of plotting ways to get Britney back under his control.

This time around Lutfi, Sands and Eardley need to pay the lawyers fees and not Britney. What creeps. The guy needs to be disbarred or something for sheer stupidity.Hopefully her dad gets permanent conservatorship of her or Lutfi and co. will be back in her life again.

Is Sam going to continue filing dumb law suits that require Britney to pay her lawyers to defend her? Is this Sam's way of saying, "Either put me back in a position where I have access to your money, or I'll make you pay so many lawyer fees you will wish you had!"

this is stupid and I think a judge is pretty much going to through it out of the courtroom. Being that he really does not represent Britney, and that Jaime Spears has been getting Brit back on track to being healthy again.

Can't they arrest Sam for something? If I shoved drugs of any kind down someone's throat, you can guarentee I'd be in the hooky.

that lawyer should have to pay legal fees because he has no real claim. what he is claiming is not reasonable.
