Britney Spears had another deposition scheduled for 9:45 a.m. and she was seen leaving her house at 10a.m.
The tricky thing is that there are contrary reports whether Britney actually went to the deposition or not.
OK! Magazine is reporting that she got cold feet but according to
TMZ, Britney just showed up at Mark Vincent Kaplan's office.
Britney's lawyers filed paperwork yesterday to get out of representing the pop mess. Unfortunately for them, they have not gotten out of representing her yet so they are also present at Kaplan's office.
Stay tuned as we see what unusual thing Britney does during her deposition today, that is if she actually did go. If she did indeed miss the depo it would be her 6th time.

Britney's deposition lasted only 13 minutes because she arrived almost two hours late. A new deposition has already been scheduled for a later date. K.Fed's lawyer said: "She was cooperative. There has been no change in anything. It will be continued to another date, which I will not say at this time."
