Britney's Deposition Today!

Britney Spears had another deposition scheduled for 9:45 a.m. and she was seen leaving her house at 10a.m. The tricky thing is that there are contrary reports whether Britney actually went to the deposition or not. OK! Magazine is reporting that she got cold feet but according to TMZ, Britney just showed up at Mark Vincent Kaplan's office.

Britney's lawyers filed paperwork yesterday to get out of representing the pop mess. Unfortunately for them, they have not gotten out of representing her yet so they are also present at Kaplan's office.

Stay tuned as we see what unusual thing Britney does during her deposition today, that is if she actually did go. If she did indeed miss the depo it would be her 6th time.

UPDATE: Britney showed up to the deposition at 11:20 a.m. Better late than never right?

UPDATE #2:
Britney's deposition lasted only 13 minutes because she arrived almost two hours late. A new deposition has already been scheduled for a later date. K.Fed's lawyer said: "She was cooperative. There has been no change in anything. It will be continued to another date, which I will not say at this time."

she doesn't want those kids anymore! why can't the court see this and end this immediately. they keep trying to drag her into court to get her side of the story ... by not showing 5 times in a row she's telling them she gives up and is moving on. i bet she doesn't even remember the boys' names anymore!

that is what tmz is reporting. she was in there for like 40 mins or something of the sort...so many it was a short depo for the day because they were happy she finally showed up...even tho she was late!

Showing up two hours late is thumbing her nose at the legal system again. They only had 13 minutes to question her. If I was the lawyers the next date of the depo I would clear my schedule so whenever she shows for it she had to sit for as long as it took. I wouldn't give her an ending time. I would just say be here at such and such a time and it goes till we're done.

Some how I find it hard to believe that DTE would really say stuff like "maybe if someone beat her ass and told her no when she was a child". DTE is such a Brit fan and thinks that she does nothing wrong so all of a sudden a change of opinion. I don't think that someone that passionate about her idol would change her opinions.
