Congratulations to
Britney Spears, whose custody agreement with her ex Kevin Federline has just been extended. The order was originally put into place right before Brit went on her Circus tour.
The new agreement will allow the mommy of two to get her boys Sean Preston and Jayden James while she’s on tour. Britney must also provide K-Fed with a hotel room if he wishes to accompany them.
And it seems Kevin got a pretty sweet deal of his own, since now he’ll be getting between $$20,000 and $25,000 a month when the kids are outside of California, on top of the $20,000 Britney already pays him in child support.
According to
TMZ, the judge will reevaluate the custody agreement at the end of this year, and it’s believed it will eventually be 50/50 custody between the two parents. Congrats Britney!
