Britney's Custody Battle Still On

We heard that the custody battle between Britney and Kevin was being settled today, but now we're hearing otherwise!

According to Ok! magazine, Jamie Spears isn't happy with the agreement to give Kevin full custody, and refuses to sign off on the settlement.

Both parties were expected in court at 2PM today for an emergency hearing with family court Commissioner Scott Gordon.

They're still expected to come to some sort of an agreement this afternoon. We'll bring you the details as we get them!
