Alli Sims got served with legal papers and last night Britney’s former bodyguard
Daimon Shippen got served with two subpoenas by lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan.
The subpoenas will force Daimon to testify over Britney’s two sons
Sean Preston and
Jayden James and basically dish out on Britney's parenting skills.
Shippen "
was completely surprised to be served. He was dumbfounded and in a state of shock…He is in a unique position having worked with Britney for a long time and has incredible knowledge of her parenting skills and comings and goings."
Britney isn’t letting Kevin write a tell all book but hey this custody hearing is going to soon turn into a tell all.
