Britney Spears may be fresh out of rehab, but don't expect this ex pop princess to go into hiding. Spears was photographed (first picture) going to the Millennium Dance Complex in Hollywood on Friday.

Earlier in the night, Britney and her entourage hit up Shu-Sushi House for some Japanese food. Hey at least she's smiling!
