Britney's a Fashion Victim

Britney Spears wins the "Hollyscoop's Fashion Victim of the Day" award.

Spears was photographed wearing her trademark cowboy hat with the wig and glasses combo, which is understandable considering her circumstances. But we can't forgive her for the dress and shoes/socks combo she has going on.

The sad part is she was actually shopping in Beverly Hills dressed like that. I just don’t understand how someone can shop so much and still always choose the wrong things to wear.

Boy did she lose a lot of weight. Also, she should be able to wear what she wants. You don't always have to dress up to go shopping, even if you are a star.
