Britney Wins Back Visitation

After months and months of negotiations, Britney Spears has won back visitation rights, but with restrictions.

The judge in the Spears vs. Federline case has signed an agreement in which Britney will be allowed to see her kids but it has to be in a therapeutic setting. Her her dad Jamie and her psychiatrist are also required to be present.

I am so glad to see that there is improvement. Children need to have BOTH parents in their lives and you cannot deny that the life path Britney has been on since a young girl...was bound to crack at some point or the other. Everyone wants a PIECE OF HER and she's got so many people to keep happy and get approval from. It must be really tough but my message to her is....Get well soon my girl. DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN SUFFER for any crazy decisions that you have made or crazy things that you want to do. Focus on them and make sure that EVERY SINGLE thing you do... YOU DO WITH THEM IN MIND.

It's sad daddy didn't put his boot in her ass 15 years ago. Things might be different today. I guess better late than never. According to tmz the visits will be supervised by daddy & her shrink.

As long as the visits are supervised this is a good thing. She is a long way from being able to take care of them on her own.

This was not court mandated. The judge just signed off on it because she & Kevin came to an agreement. I'm sure daddy being in the picture had a lot to do with it. I doubt if Sam & Alli were still hanging around, Kevin would have agreed to it.

I think she this is going to do miracles for her, and her sons need to know there mothers love. If she went to the judge and asked for visitation and got it then yes she won.

I think this is wonderful. She is a Mother, she gave birth to two little boys. She did deserve to have them taken away, now she see's what she has to loose and I am sure these last 2 months have been hard on her. But I stress, SHE DID DESERVE IT!! But, if she is indeed trying to turn her life around, she needs her babies in her life to give her the strength and unconditional love she needs. They are the reason she needs to be a better person and Mother.....Maybe, just maybe she now finally sees that.......Good Luck Britney

It hasn't been months and months since britney had visitation rights taken from her. It's been since Jan.3rd. Since her father has been back in her life and looking after her and that snake oil salesman Sam is out, britney has been doing better. She deserves supervised visits with her kids. Kevin wants it too. I think at this point it would be not only good for the kids but beneficial to britneys continued recovery from her mental illness.

ok this is not 100% accurate - she did not "win" this in court nor did the judge rule in her favor on anything. This has been in the works for awhile because KEVIN wanted her to have some contact with the boys. It's because of him that this is happening, not because of any progress on her end. She still has a long way to go before she will get anything from the court that Kevin is not willing to agree to.

Finally! I think this is a positive thing for Britney, the restrictions is obviously needed, it's good for the kids to see their mother, and hopefully, this will help Britney get back into sanity..
