Britney Spears is having a good week! She’s extended her tour to Australia and back home, Adnan is paying her legal fees, and now she’ll be seeing even more of her kids!
Britney has come to a new agreement with Kevin in their custody battle, and it looks like she’s the winner here. According to
TMZ, lawyers for Britney and
Kevin Federline filed documents with family law commissioner Scott Gordon for the new custody agreement.
Now for the remainder of this month and July and August, Britney will have physical custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James more than 50% of the time! The lawyers also outlined a calendar to show which parent will get the boys on any given day.
The temporary agreement only lasts as long as Britney's tour and will then revert back to their previous situation, where it's believed that the amiable exes had split custody 50/50.
Hey, it’s something! Britney has come a long way since the custody battle began. She has proved that she’s a good mom to her boys, and we’re glad the court is acknowledging it.
