Britney Wants Her Kids Back

Britney Spears wants to go to court today to ask the judge to grant her overnight visits with her children but unfortunately Kevin and his lawyer don't think it's such a great idea.

Britney lost physical custody of her sons to K.Fed last week and has been only able to see them with a court ordered parenting coach present and her sons are not allowed overnight stays.

K. Fed's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan says, "I don't see any emergency or any new facts (in the case). We are going to oppose this."

Britney has only seen her kids twice since she lost custody, maybe she should give it some more time before asking the judge. I know it can be hard as a mother not to see her kids but action reaction might not get her anywhere either. If she just stays on the right track she will get her kids back!

I have been on vacation in Hawaii and boy have a missed so much, and I just bet you all missed me. Well it seems Ms. Brit is getting things together she is not going out and is spending time with her mother and sister. Kevin is not happy with Lynn talking to Britney at all and Kevin knows Lynn will get Britney in line and she will get her kids back. Lynn found out Kevin is going for more money if he gets full custody and she is starting to realize it is all about the money. So Lynn is making sure Kevin will not get anymore she thinks he is getting enough. I am not sure if she will get her kids today as they hope but she has passed all 3 drug tests and has spent 3 days with her kids and everything is going very well. Keivn needs to watch out for a mothers revenge!!!!

Down to Earth, let us know when you get back to the planet. Brittany is a bad mother, period. Kevin is trying his best to be a good father, period. If he has full custody and asks for more money, it's not different that what any woman would so, so in my book it's all the same. Brit Brit shouldn't have a dog much less kids. Hopefully the judge is grounded in reality and will realize that negative drug test or not, she is a horrible choice to be in charge of small children. And if her mother turns against Kevin to get back in her good graces after he has let her see the children when Brit would not, then I would have to question her motives as well. I would hate to think that her mother is a snake.

DTE-Brits only fan left. But how do you know Kevin isn't happy with Lynn talking to Brit--do you live with him? Do you know him or Brit--nope. But because she passed a few tests doesn't mean she got her shit together. She wasn't concern for her kids when she lost custody of them-only took concern when Lynn and JLS came into town. And she was still out and about trying to get as much publicity as she possibly can. Brit has an addiction in which she needs to get rehab help over and psychological help. Those boys do not need to be back in her custody anytime soon and I am 100% positive the judge will think this way as well. She was FORCED to take the drugs tests after IGNORING court orders, she was FORCED to get her licences in CA after IGNORING court orders, she was FORCED to have a parenting coach after IGNORING court orders and after MISSING a visitation because she claims her buzzer was broken but in reality she didn't want to follow court orders. She isn't sincere, she is still playing games. I'll believe her sincerity once she checks into rehab and goes to counseling to help her addiction and mental illness. At the rate she is going, she is going to end up killing those boys because she can't handling the crying or the constent needing that kids have. Hopefully one day she will start living for her children and not for herself

Even her daddy says she should have psychiatric therapy. Yeah she passed 2 drug tests, but I hope the judge keeps custody the way it is. This girl's head is still in outer space.

WTF is up with that dress that is way to small on her. It is definitely not designed to be worn with the buttons open at the top. If Brit thinks she looks sexy, then she definitely needs psychiatric care ASAP.

DTE: 3 clean drug tests, 3 days with the kids. Hopefully the judge's standards of responsible motherhood are little higher than that!

Personally none of you know who I am, I could be a friend of Kevin then again maybe not!! But what I have said is the truth and you can believe what you want. Someone of you dont even know the real facts you are only going by what you hear and believe me there is lies out there about all the stars. Lastley Kevin has pink eye and it was his girlfriend that gave it to all the Federline's including Britney.

Dumb azz Down to Earth, Brit is out and about every day and has been since the day Kevin showed up sporting an eye patch. When has she had pink eye?!?!? You don't know anybody or anything. You don't know Kevin and you don't know anymore than the rest of us. Hawaii is calling--you left your brain and they want you to come and pick it up.

Yeah sure DTE you know kevin, but you only still speculate on what is happening--as you said you been away to Hawaii and were surprised to hear about what all has been happening. Boy maybe you should reread what you post before you make remarks---"maybe I know him maybe I don't--none of you know what I know" because you stated earlier "boy did I missed so much!" Lastly Brit was suppose to show up in court this morning-after promising her lawyer but she didn't--too busy partying in another city to worry about her kiddies.

Britney has been abused and slandered by the ex-husband she dumped, k-Fed and the body guard she fired. It is obvious that Brit is not an habitual drug user (Body guard said cocaine and meth) because if that were true she would be very thin and she is not even at pre baby weight. Plus all random drug tests were clean. K-Fed was out being the party man from the begining of that marraige to the end. We only saw Brit with her kids and never K-Fed with the kids. She shaved her head when he convinced her that he would call for hair analysis and that because she was in the house when he was smoking pot her hair analysis would show pot. This guy set up to STEAL her money before she even agreed to marry him. Since I have never seen a woman that was left when pregnant claim the guy was a good guy, I have to believe that his first wife was in on the plot to get Brit's money. Brit needs to buy a house for the kids. Each parent lives with the kids at the kids house duribng their custody days and leaves when it is the other parents turn. The kids do not have to move back and forth, the parents do. Brit should pay for all child expense and the expense of the house including body guards and nannies. K-Fed will have no child care expense and therefore the court should award NO CHILD SUPPORT PAYMENTS for K-Fed. K-Fed will dissappear when he no longer gets child support pay. That is the best thing for these kids. A Dad that would lie about their Mom is not worth having around.
