Britney Visits Sick Children in Miami

Britney Spears may be busy headlining a jam-packed tour, but when it comes to children, they'll always be her first priority.

Britney took time out of her busy schedule to visit 40 sick children at Miami Children's Hospital on Saturday.

"She took pictures with the kids and gave them autographed pictures," hospital spokesperson Cristene Martinez tells People magazine.

"The kids were so excited to meet Britney, and having her here was a great distraction for them."

And that's not all! She made a very generous donation to hospital's Big Apple Circus Clown Care program, "which features clowns who have medical training who visit the young patients on a regular basis, as well as attend special events at the hospital," reports People.

Meeting Britney is a once in a lifetime experience, so those kids must have been so excited! And for her to make such a generous donation proves she has a heart of gold.
