Britney Under the Influence

Britney's two boys are safe and were handed over to Kevin Federline around 11:00PM.

According to TMZ, when cops arrived at the scene, they said that Spears was "under the influence of an unknown substance."

The ambulance is still in her driveway, but is ready to take off!

UPDATE: Britney was just wheeled out of her home and into the waiting ambulance. She is being taken to a hospital on a "medical hold" and a mental evaluation.

the kids aren't safe if they're handed over to a pot head and whisky chugging loser who can't even hold a job. Hello he's on drugs. Put them with a third party.

miss thang, we've gone through this so many times it's pathetic. I NEVER said she wasn't on drugs, I said that everyone should be DRUG TESTED and treated EQUALLY. When are you going to start using that thing 3 feet above your arse? It's obvious that Brit has a mental disorder and drugs will set some of those off. Jason, again, kicking someone when they're down is low.

Britney SERIOUSLY needs to lay off the drugs and alcohol and just stick to those 5-Hour Energy drinks she loves. That would solve the vast majority of her problems and keep her out of jail and the looney bin.

I do believe majority of you Britney Fans--Binda to be one--has stated that Brit wasn't on drugs and such...well here's your proof and poor lil Jayden had to go to the hospital as well. She doesn't deserve to have those kids at all. Britney has noone to blame but herself. She is a grown ass woman. Time to grow up before she becomes the next Anna Nicole.

Jason ..your soul is sad! No one imagine the pain Britney is going through. Everyone must remember that she is a puppet for many people who only has a 9th grade level of education and real life experience. This true how money means nothing she has 100 million in the bank and has no control nor does she know how to gain any control of her life.
