Britney Tested Positive? - Britney Spears

Britney Spears has reportedly tested positive for one of her drug tests, TMZ reports.

A source close to Britney told TMZ that the test came back positive but apparently it was a false reading and it was supposed to be negative. Umm, since when do drug tests comeback with false readings?

Meanwhile, it seems like K.Fed’s lawyer will be going back to court on Wednesday to argue the fact that Britney should not drive with her kids in the car due to an incident that occurred last week where Brit-Brit ran a red light.

Blinda...It obvious that you can't handle criticism well, and that you feel as though your opinion has more ponderousness to it then perhaps those who will contest it like Tasha and Miss Thang. Since lawyers don't work for free ever, and I sure that K-Fed's attorney is no exception to this, and his laywer in this situation can't assume that he will win cause Britney should have enough money to hire the very best. So if he does not have a job and does not have a income how is it that he is always getting what he wants? Money does not grow on trees and you can't pull it out of your butt so he must have some sort of income besides what he has gotten from Britney. They aren't being treated equally because their behavior is not equal. Kevin can smoke weed, do lines and drink Jack all day. We don't know because he has the good sense to committ his crimes, if he does, in the privacy of his home. Whereas Brit puts her shit on 10 minute Headline news. She will make sure the world knows about her fuck ups. Kevin also has the good sense to listen to his lawyers and at least pretend, and make the judge believe he is a good father. Compared to Britney, he probably looks like Mike Brady and Ward Cleaver rolled into one, in the judge's eyes. She has taken immaturiy & irresponsibility to a new level. And this is not even about Britney. It's about 2 little boys. This is a high profile case. That's why the judge gives it so much attention. If something happens to those boys in her care, that will be his ass. I'm sure he knows that. Especially when there is SO MUCH evidence of her unfitness as a mother.

Tasha, my last post on this subject indicated - and I'm sure you can read - that there are more than likely MORE IMPORTANT cases that can't get to the judge because of all this. I suggest you both learn to decode the meaning of written text because so far you're 2-0 on the factual content of my posts.

Binda, I believe it was you who stated that Britney doesn't do drugs and all the passed tests and such. she failed this one and missed 8 out of 14 other ones. I highly doubt it anonymous. It seems that he'll go to court for any reason and who's paying? Mind you, because of this, the court's time is also being taken up and I am sure there are other cases of higher importance that aren't getting to the judge. If it was false reading why even bother to say it was positive? Quite frankly, her driving privileges should be revoked. She's a lousy driver. Britney certainly has enough money to hire a driver if she needs to go somewhere.None of this has to do with Kevin having money to burn or wanting more money..it has to do with the safety of those children and even Britney herself.
