The Los Angeles Court has rejected Britney Spears' appeal to overturn her conservatorship which was handed over to her father in February. Jamie Spears maintains Britney's estate, and has even quit his job so he can devote himself full time to managing her assets. The court ruled that the motion was not filed with correct procedures so the appeal was denied.
It was last month that Jamie's control over the estate was extended to July 31st, but Britney wants to gain back control now!
Too bad the courts don't agree with her. Well she can look on the bright side. She only has a few more weeks to go, and if she keeps up her low profile status, she just may gain back control of her whole life!
