Britney Spears Under Investigation

Nothing seems to be going right for pop wreck Britney Spears. Spears may have settled her hit and run case, but she's in trouble with the law again.

The LA County Sheriff's Department has filed a traffic collision complaint against Spears after she ran over Stanley Mosk foot when she was exited Los Angeles County Court following her custody hearing last Friday.

The incident has left Officer Mosk on crutches and he has been re-assigned to light duty.

Although I agree that she needs to be more careful when she drives, considering the fact that there's always about 50 people hovering over her car, you can't say she didn't on purpose.

Her car was swarmed by people that day. This was an accident. Now if she had hit that bus, that would a different story.

Of course it wasn't on purpose. the officer had to file the report being that it happened on the job.Britney does a lot of stupid things but giving her grief over this really is uncalled for.

Unfitney needs to get a driver! Her insistence on driving herself is to make sure that the paps get plenty of pictures. Everything she does is for the paps. She may get a pass on this one b/c it was an accident, but she's always an accident waiting to happen.

You know I find this appalling and the taxpaying people of of California should be outraged as well. As much nonsense and trouble as Britney has found herself in these days, it just seems that the LAPD is adding to the fire. There were 50 or so paps and police standing inches from Britney's car with people snapping pics, and the police screaming to direct her out of the parking garage in a direction that she clearly couldnt go in. I mean its just ridiculous the chaos that the police allowed to go on. Why were there not baracades to contain the media? Just look at the videos for god's sake! I am so sick of this being allowed just because a person is famous. Its a clear breach of public safety to allow this to happen. Sometimes I wonder, does the police department have an agent? Are they trying to get famous too?? Its all just WAY too much!!
