Britney Spears Treated By Paramedics In Rehab

All this Britney Spears drama is seriously giving me a headache. Spears, who is still at rehab at Promises, had family and fans worried sick on Saturday night. It is reported that paramedics were rushed to the rehab center to treat her for unknown reasons.

Causing even more concern for fans, minutes after the paramedics arrived, Britney’s mom Lynne as well as her ex Kevin Federline and their two kids Sean Preston and Jayden James also arrived at the clinic.

Officials confirmed that Spears was examined by paramedics after a call by worried staff on Saturday night.

“She is going to be OK,” a Malibu sheriff at the scene was quoted as saying.

“Police said staff were concerned about Britney - but they didn’t say why. Her mother looked very worried,” a witness told The Mirror.

tmz is saying that word has leaked out that the drs are saying that she as PPD and that her alcohol abuse (nothing said about drug abuse) steams from her wanting to block out her PPD....yeah right! I am not saying she isn't depressed (that is obvious) but all of this isn'te steaming from PPD. She needs to grow up and stop thinking about herself and start thinking about her kids. I hope rehab helps her realize what really is the most IMPORTANT "things" in her life and that isn't how she looks to the public or getting whatever she wants...it is her KIDS.

well "miss thang", nice to see we have a professional on the board here! and why exactly couldn't this all be from ppd? you've obviously never had it, so why be so quick to assume that's not what's going on with her? i personally had a terrible case of ppd. it makes you feel like you're crazy. why don't you do some more research before you start bashing topics you have no idea about.

Loo, if you read my comment in its entirely, I never said she couldn't have PPD, I said it isn't just PPD that she has a problem with. Alot of what is happening to her, she has created herself. If the "public life" drove her "crazy" and if her "kids" are too much to handle (and do keep in mind she has hired MANY nannies to help her out in that area) then the logical thing to do is to get help, stay OUT OF THE LIME LIGHT, and try to get better. Most of her problems stems from drug and/or alcohol abuse. She isn't a "baby" anymore and when you have kids there is no excuse to behave the way she has. I would be more understanding if she was trying to get help, trying to stay out of the lime light, and was completely and utterly depressed but this is not the case. You don't have to be a "professional" to understand that PPD isn't her only problem and it isn't the "main" problem. Certain drugs can create the same symptoms that can make a person seem depressed or crazy. So Loo, sorry to hear about your PPD, but you are taking comments personally when your problem was more than likely entirely different than Brits. as for brit still being young, she is 25/26-to me that is old enough to know better. If you are so "young" then you shouldn't be having sex to place you into the position of having kids. It is time for all of us to be responible people and/or parents. Kids should come first at all times.

Why do people judge someone they do not know? I don’t understand this! When all of you are followed around and can not even get lunch with out a thousand pics of food in your mouth, then you can come back and say what is wrong. But until then BACK OFF leave her alone PPD is very serious and women kill themselves everyday for this illness.

I hope Britney gets the help she needs. Part of her problem though is her addiction to publicity. She could have been living a large part of her life out of reach of the paparazzi like alot of other celebrities do but she craves the attention. I hope she also gets the help for that.
