Britney Spears Taken to the Emergency Room

Britney Spears just walked into the children's wing of UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.

According to X17online, Britney was driven to the hospital as she sat in the passenger seat.

She was followed by another two cars and a police escort, which was pre-planned. But according to eye witnesses, it didn't appear to be an emergency.

Britney's children weren't with her, so they may be the reason for the trip. We hope everything is ok!

UPDATE: "Everything is fine," her rep tells X17online. "Britney is there for an annual physical."
