Britney Spears Sued By Photographer

Britney Spears’ can’t catch a break. Just when her life was getting pieced back together, she’s being slapped with a lawsuit! Brit is being sued by a photographer whose foot she ran over with her car back in 2007.

As you may recall, Britney was pulling out of a Beverly Hills parking structure two years ago, when her Mercedes ran over paparazzo Rick Mendoza’s foot.

According to TMZ, Mendoza’s lawsuit says that Britney’s people "should have known...Britney was not in the mental, emotional and/or physical condition to operate the subject motor vehicle in a safe and reasonable manner."

Sadly, Mendoza is probably right…that was during Britney’s crazy stage! No word on how much he’s asking for, but our guess is that he’ll try for a whole lot!
