Britney Spears' life has been rejected--again!
As Hollyscoop had previously
reported, Britney's former manager Sam Lutfi, lawyer Jon Eardley, and ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib were all hoping Britney would testify against her father in court and address two issues; whether or not she authorized Sam/Eardley to take legal action to block the conservatorship, and whether he caused her "substantial emotional distress," as claimed by her conservators.
Luckily the judge in the case knows what scumbags these three are and he ruled Britney "unfit" to testify in court. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Akiva Bobb states Spears isn't "mentally fit to make her own legal decisions."
The judge told the court, "There was a finding of a judge of the Superior Court that she lacks the capacity to testify."
Last month a Los Angeles judge granted Britney a three-year restraining order against Ghalib, but Sam and Eardley's restraining orders have only been extended until April 28th when the judge will hear rebuttal arguments before making a final decision.
We're hoping for Britney's sake, the judge slaps all of them with a long term restraining order, but we'll keep you updated on his final decision.
