Britney Spears: Nobody Knows the Real Britney

Britney Spears thinks nobody truly knows the real Britney

We may think we know a lot about Britney Spears, for example, we know she marries randos in Vegas and then annuls it a day later. We know she procreates with hoodrats called Kevin Federline. And we know she thinks a baldhead is better than one with hair. But Britney says that none of us know truly know the popstar.

Britney reveals that she has a club in her own home, why she loves screaming fans, and what "Till The World Ends" truly means.

Britney gave a phone interview to some blog called Popjustice earlier this month and claims that nobody truly knows the woman being the mask and by mask I mean rhinestone leotard.

On how much the public actually knows about the "real" Britney:

-"I would say half. I can be pretty guarded with my personal life and I've learned that's okay."

On why she doesn't let us know her true self:

-"Sometimes it's our secrets that define us."

On why she's so withholding:

-"I think your personal life is your personal life, and that should stay private, but in the line of talking about my craft and what I do I'm willing to talk about those things."

Her idea of a "perfect song":

-"Um...I don't know if there's such a thing as a perfect song. There are songs that I'm completely in love with, but songs are creative and they can be anything so I don't think there's any such thing as a perfect song."

How she runs her crew while on tour:

-"[I] make sure that everybody's on top of what they're doing. And if it doesn't happen the way you want it to happen, just don't take yourself too seriously and move on.

Her usual routine while on tour:

-"On tour, I usually get up in the morning and I work out, and I spend time with my kids, and then it'll be time to go to the venue, and I have catering, eat dinner then get ready for the show!"

Does she actually go the "The Club" as often as she sings about it?

-"Actually no I don't. I never go to The Club. But I think it's fun to sing about it. And I have my own mini club at my house."

Tell me more about this "mini club":

-"I play a lot of music there! It has a glitterball. And we have catering and lights. It's the whole setup."

On whether or not she'd look for a protégé like Usher did with Justin Bieber:

-"I think there's a lot of people out there who can sing and dance but I'd look for that somebody out there who has that something to stand out from everyone else. Someone who people are magnetized towards."

On her fans:

-"When people are screaming at shows and stuff it's the most flattering thing there is and it just inspires and motivates me to do a better show."

On what would happen when the world ends:

-"It would go snap, crackle and pop."
