Britney Spears' Manager Quits

Let's just say Britney Spears' is not having the best week ever. First, the drama with her old bodyguard, then her lawyer quit on her and now her manager, Jeff Kwatinetz of The Firm has said good bye.

In a statement her management company The Firm said:

"It saddens us to confirm media reports that we have terminated our professional relationship with Britney Spears.

"We believe Britney is enormously talented, and has made a terrific record. But current circumstances have prevented us from properly doing our job. We wish Britney the best."

All I got to say is Britney Spears has some thick skin to put up with all this drama. I would definitely not be able to handle all this drama.

hey maybe all of this good for her... they may have been causing a lot of the media frenzie in the first place... i would think it would stem from who works for her since they do guide most of her decisions...

How sad!!! I don't even know what to say anymore...I mean every time I think that it might get better it just gets even worse for her! :( She needs to take time off and disappear for a while. What else can you do when you got drama 24/7!

Honestly, Britney has brought all of this on herself. When she left K-Fed, everyone rallied behind her, ready to embrace her again and bring her back to the top. It is HER drinking and HER drug problem and her childish manager of her own sad, little career that has brought her here. I don't think she has a thick skin...I think she is detached from everything, due to the substance abuse. I don't know if she realizes the seriously of what is going on around her because she seems to be losing a grip on reality. If the children are away from her, maybe she will WAKE UP!!!! But she will never, EVER have the career she had before. That sweetness is long gone...

She will roll this off as " I Britney Spears. I don't need you to manage me I will get someone else to manage me." Because she has that diva attitude lately, and she can not accept that she is a wash up and that she might never be on her game anymore.

On another note has anyone tried to see the VMA performance again some cancled it off the webpages like this one, and others like youtube.com I think tweeked it so that you can't see her messing up.

to view the VMA preormance, go to the MTV website. you have to look for it, but it's there. they won't take it down, they're proud of it. bastards.

Britney is I think mentally ill and has addiction problems. She won't listen to anyone. Either they do what she wants or she fires them or they get so sick of it they quit. I do think the kids need to be taken from her until she is willing to get help. Putting out an album is the last thing Britney needs to do right now. What amazes me is that her fanbase seems more interested in her putting out that album than in the fact that Britney is cracking up. Some fans.

miss thang: i'm sure her reply would be: leave her alone, she's done more than anyone of us has, and she looks fabulous after having giving birth to two kids, and her performance at the VMA's was not that bad, and k-fed is a loser... but i'm just guessing :D

Yo, mick, you are so right about Brit's mental illness. She wasn't raised in reality, she was raised to be a pop star. If she loses her children temporarily, it might be the wake up call she needs...or she finally cracks. Either way, it's going to be ugly. Not Ugly Betty ugly, but Dana Plato ugly. I hope she gets help NOW!

Miss Thang...DTE is probably embrassed that she would defend her in the first place now that she sees how badly Britney needs help, but she does not want to face the fact that we were all right about Brit. DTE does not seem like a person that can ever admit that she was wrong about something.
