Britney Spears Loses Custody of Children!

Things keep going from bad to worse for Britney Spears.

A judge just granted Kevin Federline full custody of their two sons Sean Preston and Jayden James effective this coming Wednesday.

Earlier this morning, Life & Style reported that Kevin Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, was at the LA Superior Court because Britney Spears was driving without a license over the weekend while her kids in the car.

K-fed will have full custody until further order from the court.

What did she expect? Britney's been enabled so much she thinks she can do anything and get by with it. She should have laid low and tried to put her life together for the sake of the babies. She is in desperate need of mental help even though she thinks she needs no help at all. I really am afraid for her. She seems to have secretly wanted to have the kids taken away. Her behavior has been so reckless.

I think K fed is worse even though brit gets noticed and scruitinzed by everything she does I mean he gets money from her now a whole lot more and lot worse for brit... Hopefully she gets them back k fed would smoke a blunt in front of those kids k fed should let her keep them with his broke ass

i think Kevin was the only one who was ever able to ground Britney. She used to do a lot of drugs before Kevin and he made her stop. Now that she was forced to dump Kevin she has lost it again and gone back to drugs and kevin knows that. He is only doing whats best for his kids. Not once has he spoken badly of Britney or spoken to the press so I think he just has a lot of shit on her and thats why he is taking it to this level. Its sad that she was so happy with him and the media caused her to dump him. Sad if you ask me because now she is a lost child again

This girl was warned I don't know how many times to get her shit together. And she didn't listen. There are consequences to flipping off a judge. I just hope she has someone around her, because her mind is not right and there's no telling what she will do.

I don't see why she gets to keep them till Wednesday, it is orders like that that you end up with the mom skipping the country or worse. I think the kids should have left today with there father. I don't care about how famous the person is. Hopefully the kids can get out of the spotlight now...though I think that is to much to ask from our tabloid obsessed nation.

Poor kids...both parents suck! Who cares about Brit or K-Fed...they're grownups and can make their own decisions, whether they are good or bad. But they have to make decisions for those poor kids in the end. And their decisions are pretty crappy. They're only helping these kids grow up messed up. I feel sorry for her though. This whole situation is tragic. The children deserve so much more than a jobless father and a drugged out whore of a mother. It just proves that pop music is bad for humanity. Who's to blame? Everyone who bought her music, paid for a (haha) concert ticket, disnet and everyone who had a subscription to their channel, Record Companies who pushed out her horrable music, radio stations who play it, and folks who continue to follow her train wreak life. I also blame that femine guy(?) who was crying on a webcam. Your all horrable people and should feel bad that you have helped this situation become what is has. So sad. I can't believe people think that Kevin is this great dad. He doesn't even take care of his other kids by Shar Jackson. Well one thing is for certain, those checks will keep rolling in for him. So I guess he is the winner in all of this. Hopefully, this will be a big wake up call for Britney. This is so sad... I know that Britney needs help, but I don't think the kids will be any better off with a-hole K-fed. This is outrageous and a disgusting abuse of a young girl. America seems to think it is okay for OJ Simpson to keep his children but not a young woman who is obviously having a hard time. If the judge thinks Federline is going to be a better parent and parties less, well he needs his bloody head read. Dragging children away from their mother should only be done in the worst cirumstances. Kids around America are sexually and physically abused by their parents everyday and are left in their homes. Yes, she needs help, but taking her children away from her is not the way to do it. Federline was a nobody who met a somebody and has taken advantage. God help those children.
