Britney Spears Is Not Having It!

Oh no, Britney has gone mad again! So much happened late yesterday afternoon we cant even keep up, so we’ve broken it down in bullet points.

As we mentioned yesterday, Britney’s dad applied for temporary conservatorship of Britney’s assets and the judge did grant it. So Britney’s assets and other holdings are currently being managed by her father and attorney Andrew Wallet.
The Judge issued a restraining order against Sam Lutfi! He has been ordered to stay away from Spears. This means no more In & Out runs for Spears. The judge and the rest of the world feels that he’s sorta a creepy stalker that’s harassing Britney. The restraining order is in effect for 22 days.
Sam’s pissed that he got a restraining order issued against him and has been in constant contact with Britney’s divorce lawyers from the firm Trope and Trope.
Jamie Spears might get rid of Britney’s divorce lawyers from the Trope and Trope firm because they have been working with Sam and well, we see how good that’s done her.
Trope and Tope might go to court Monday to challenge the choice of conservator.
Britney’s still speaking in British accent.
Britney Spears went sorta nuts when she heard her dad was the conservator of her estate. She was heard screaming, "I'm so sick of all of this they can have the goddamn house and stick it up their f**king asses. Actually, no they can’t,” TMZ reports. She was reportedly pretty drugged up and screaming really loud. It’s safe to say that she’s that one really loud girl at the psych ward.
Britney has been relieved of her hosting duties for the 16Scandinavian Style Mansion party on February 16.

I thought her lawyers were going to dump her as a client anyway. So why do they care who the conservator is? They can walk away now like they wanted to. She needs new lawyers anyway. If she gets better she can start with a clean slate.

That Sam has been undermining her, telling her everybody is out to get her except him. Take a look at this quote - not only does he cruely tell her she is crazy, he is trying to convince and continue his indoctrination - scary guy: "Britney, do you see why people think you are crazy? Look at your mother and look at your father."

Anybody who can "yell at the top of their lungs" and be screaming and that upset and do it all in an accent that is not yours, definitely has a big problem. For God's sake and all of ours, PLEASE do NOT let her out again until she is better. How can anybody think she is in her right mind and has any control over the thoughts & emotions rolling thru her head?

What does Trope and Trope have to do with challenging her conservatorship? Since when do their "short" relationship with an un-corroperative client give them the right to know her better than her own parents? Trope and Trope does have a relationship with her but theirs is also a monetary relationsihp. They are a big firm they don't need Britney's business. I don't believe this rumour. If Sam is hanging around them maybe he's putting false ideas in their head. I can't beleive they would be that stupid. Sam has been "controlling" Britney. He really hasn't helped her get her kids back like she wanted. She has spiraled downhill under his care. Now he says she's NOT crazy and can take care of herself. YOu mean let him take care of her. Sam has a shady past of stalking people. He may say he not interested in her money. But look what got stolen from her home? Supposed sex tapes and her lap top. How do we know he doesn't have the passwords to all her bank accounts? Why is he so mad her parents now watch over her assets? He says for them it's about money but they have money. Brit's little sister alone has made tons of money not to mention all the money Britney gave to her parents in terms of things. They don't need her wealth. They want their daughter back.
