Britney Spears is moving on and moving forward. Britney is staying at her favorite hotel in Las Vegas, the Palms where she is using the recording studio as well. Although Britney has kept a low profile in Las Vegas, the pop star decided to come out and play on Friday night.

Britney was spotted at the Palms Casino Resort where she tried to disguise herself by sported a pink wig and big, dark sunglasses. Doesn’t the pink wig grab more attention? Britney was chatting with her good friend Palms owner George Maloof and the two went on a shopping trip to Caesars Palace's Forum Shops.

After the shopping trip Britney tried her luck on the tables at The Mint, the Palms' high-limit lounge. Britney who was wearing a short, black dress caught a lucky streak, raking in $10,000 in winnings from blackjack. She also was introduced to Mario Lopez at The Mint. The two, along with a small group, then headed up to Moon Nightclub and partied the night away. No word if there is an official hook up but we can tell you this, we won’t be surprised. Maybe Mario can teach Britney a few dance moves?

Where was Mario’s rumored to be “girlfriend” Karina Smirnoff? Well Hollyscoop saw her last night at the “Day and Night” event in Hollywood. Karina arrived hand in hand with JC Chasez and when we asked her if she was dating anyone, she replied by saying she was “keeping her options open”. If you all remember JC used to date Eva Longoria who is best friends with Mario Lopez and was rumored to have dated him as well. Ughh the love triangles in Hollywood can get so confusing.
